Zoom Integration: User Guide

Welcome to the AutoPilotMyBusiness Zoom Integration guide. This document provides step-by-step instructions on how to install, use, and uninstall our Zoom application.
1. Installation and Configuration
To connect your Zoom account to our automation system, follow these steps:
- Log in to your AutoPilotMyBusiness Dashboard.
- Navigate to the Business App Store from the sidebar.
- Locate the Zoom integration card and click Connect.
- You will be redirected to the Zoom Authorization page. Log in with your Zoom credentials.
- Review the requested permissions (Meetings, Reports, Profiles) and click Allow.
- Upon success, you will be redirected back to the App Store, and your Zoom account will be active.
2. Features and Usage
Once connected, our integration provides the following capabilities:
- Attendee Insights: Open the Zoom app within our dashboard to see a list of your meetings.
- Data Sync: Select any meeting to view the total number of registrants vs. actual participants.
- Real-time Stats: Analyze join and leave times for participants to measure engagement.
- Automation: Use meeting data to trigger follow-up sequences within your CRM pipelines.
3. Uninstallation and Removal
You can remove the integration at any time through our dashboard or via the Zoom Marketplace.
Option A: Disconnecting from our Dashboard
- Go to the Business App Store.
- Select the Zoom app.
- Click the Disconnect button. This will immediately stop data syncing.
Option B: Removing from Zoom Marketplace
- Log in to your Zoom account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
- Click Manage > Added Apps in the top-right corner.
- Locate the AutoPilotMyBusiness app.
- Click Remove next to the app name.
